Help America's first Zoo make history again! More than 150 hundred years ago, the Philadelphia Zoo became the first Zoo in the United States. Today the Zoo is once again making history by creating Zoo360 - the first series of exploration trails that allow animals to move above you safely, through a network of see-through mesh trailways extending throughout the campus.
OPENING Soon - Penguin Point, a new experience for the Humboldt penguins!
Guests will soon be able to immerse themselves in our new Humboldt penguin exhibit. We are transforming our former polar bear habitat to a new multi-level penguin viewing experience – from above, below and even eye to eye. Guests will be able to view the penguins like never before, including up close glimpses into their nesting burrows and underwater views of them swimming and diving.
What makes Zoo360 such a transformational exhibit is that not only does it change the way our animals experience the zoo; it changes the way our visitors do too. As you move around the Zoo, the Zoo moves around you!
This is your chance to help make a world of difference and provide experiences not available at any other zoo.
Please help us make history by supporting this next phase of Zoo360 with your tax-deductible donation. For more questions or help, please call Ray Solis at 215-243-5351. Or email us at [email protected]
